Hi, I am Gancho
Marketing Professional
Building brands that endure isn’t just my profession – it’s my obsession. Over 15 years, I’ve shaped narratives for 65 brands across 21 product categories in Tech, Food, Alcoholic Beverages, and Tobacco, proving that classical frameworks like STP and the 4Ps remain indispensable in decoding modern consumer behavior. My sweet spot? Transforming stagnant brands into market leaders by marrying data-driven insights with creative intuition – whether relaunching heritage spirits or engineering tech startups’ breakout moments.
My philosophy rejects the false choice between data and intuition. Every project I embark on starts with questions like: What consumer problem does this product resolve? How does pricing mirror both perceived value and supply chain reality? Where’s the friction between brand promise and consumer experience?
Enduring brands demand classical rigor, creative courage, and a relentless commitment to consumer value. By harmonizing time-tested frameworks with modern insights, empowering tomorrow’s innovators, and applying an investor’s discipline to every strategic decision, I help brands not just survive but flourish.

Beyond my professional life, I’m passionate about supporting entrepreneurship. Empowering founders is a personal mission. Within Brussels’ vibrant startup ecosystem, I offer pro bono brand and marketing counsel. My methodology emphasizes education over execution: teaching entrepreneurs the “why” behind segmentation, value propositions, and messaging coherence so they can sustain and scale their own brands long after our collaboration ends. It is my belief that by empowering the innovators, we can create a more vibrant and dynamic business landscape.
When I’m not immersed in the world of marketing, you can find me indulging in a good book or exploring new ideas. I’m an advocate for common sense, a vivid reader, and a lifelong learner.
Currently based in Brussels.
